Warranty conditions and handling
In the exceptional case that a warranty claim needs to be made, efforts will be made to take care of this as soon as possible.
The item in question, together with the proof of purchase (handwritten receipts will not be accepted) and the Orange (fully completed) guarantee card must be returned to the address of purchase. In the absence of the proof of purchase and the guarantee card, no guarantee can be granted. The item will be treated as a repair.
Don't forget to include a clear description of the fault. This will speed up the handling process. The seller will take care of further warranty handling.
At Venture Heat, we are committed to providing our customers with the best products and services. All products are sold with a manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. The manufacturer's warranty covers:
1. Venture Heat heated undergarments (including heating element, controller, charger, adapter and remote control) come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. Venture Heat batteries are a consumable and have a limited warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Repairs of Venture Heat products can be dropped off at any Venture Heat dealer. Repairs will always be quoted in advance. In the case of repairs, examination costs will always be charged. The repair quotation includes these inspection costs in the price. In the event of an unrepaired return, these costs will be charged separately.
It is not possible to submit warranty claims or repairs directly to Venture Heat Europe.
